Where I do my time

I train in a real nice gym called Cyber Zone, in Rockaway, Queens New York. Rating the gym would be easy. Top-shelf. They have all new equipment like Hammer and Cybex and a nice free weight area. The owner, Vicky and her staff (John the manager) are all friendly and make you feel welcome.

There are also several good trainers on site to help you if that's the direction your after. Just coming home and being the way I am towards fitness a lot of people have asked me to train in there spot, Cyber Zone is my choice. You can do whatever it is you do without unwanted distractions. Everyone is taking care of business.
